As reported exclusively by The Times, the latest data from CBRE shows a record-breaking H1 for UK Logistics take-up volumes, which reached 22.56m sq ft. In addition, the UK vacancy rate fell to a new low of just 1.18% showing the acute lack of available stock in the market.
