LM1 provide property services for commercial sectors including industrial, office, investment & development across the Yorkshire region for a variety of clients from PLC’s to private HNW’s. We can provide agency services disposing, selling or leasing/letting properties on behalf of our clients, offer advice on acquisitions and investment sales, and handle all lease events including Lease renewals and Rent Reviews.

Steven is a founding Director of LM1, an independent specialist & niche firm, centred around the Industrial Agency market place. He is a Chartered Surveyor since 2010 specialising in locations including Leeds, Normanton, Castleford, Wakefield, Brighouse, Bradford, Skipton, Burnley, Huddersfield, Elland, Halifax, Cleakheaton, Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon, York, Darlington, Doncaster, Sheffield & Rotherham.
Steven has been active in the Yorkshire Commercial Property Market since 2005 when he joined Knight Frank before going on to work for Carter Towler and more recently a Director at Eddisons. He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and The Crypt Factor Committee, with a keen interest in Football (Leeds United for his sins), Rugby Union, F1 & Moto GP.
